Fagbemi is an Industrial Labour Relations expert. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye in Ogun State, Nigeria. He has an MBA (Finance & Investment) and a member of Course 43 on Policy, Strategy and Leadership of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) Kuru, Jos.

He has been involved in organizing a workshop on “Peace Resolution in Jos” Plateau State. He is also involved in community service. He is an expert in Project Management his skill have been very insightful in the activities of the Foundation.

He is the CEO of Instinct Resources Services Ltd. and married with children.
