Hajia Medinat has her Higher National Diploma (HND) in Production Operation Management from the Kaduna Polytechnic and Post Graduate Diploma in Education and Master in Education from the National Open University of Nigeria.

She has passion for teaching especially early years Education. Her interest in early education made her have special concern for children with special needs.

She has been involved in counseling of persons living with Sickle Cell Disorder and their caregivers. As a woman whose spouse is a Sickle Cell warrior, she gives special attention to people living with SCD.

Her experience in the area of counseling has been of tremendous value to SOM SCF.
